Trying Something New

Since Covid-19 has canceled this experience I have decided to put this on my what's new page because I was very happy about this opportunity.

During my spring semester at The Hartt School, I was recommended to Alan Rust to be apart of this dream of rebuilding The Monomoy Theatre. It was set as a three-production summer, where I would be his Stage Manager/Assistant Director. I would've had the chance to sit aside Alan while going through the show process. He has had years of directing and managing a company. To have this chance as a freshman, to learn and grow from him is unpassable. I would have to schedule out my summer so I could be in two places at once. Going from Monomoy to Cumberland and back, it would have been busy, but if you know me, that's how I like it. My Heart is heave for the postponing of Monomoy and for Alan Rust and all the staff that would have had work this summer and on. It was tough for me, and I didn't even get on site. I hope that when Alan is ready to put this together again, I can be his Stage Manager/Assistant Director and enjoy the summer on the Cape.
